Avoid blood thinners (advil, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, etc) for 1 week prior to treatment

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment

Avoid major dental work for 2 weeks before and after filler

You may take arnica/bromelain 2-5 days prior to treatment
Post-Treatment Care

Avoid exercise for 24 hours following treatment

Avoid facials, waxing, massage or laser over treated area for 2 weeks following treatment

Over-the-counter arnica gel can be used to help with bruising

You may apply a cold compress for the first 24 hours to help with bruising and swelling
